The objective this winery set itself was to create forms of production and flow for such a famous wine, which is Dão wine and more particularly, Silgueiros wine.

In our region we have eight grape varieties as a production base, of which five are red and three are white. The red varieties are: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Jaen, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Pinheira. The white varieties are: Encruzado, Malvazia Fina and Borrado das Moscas.

Any of the grape varieties in our region has the viticultural and oenological potential to be vinified separately as an elementary wine, but it is their blend that demonstrates the strength and prestige of our wines.
